Do you set up the tents?
Yes. Delivery, professional setup and teardown are included with every tent rental. Our crew levels and secures the tent before your guests arrive and returns to break it down afterward.
Can tents go on concrete or asphalt?
Yes. On hard surfaces we anchor with water barrels and heavy-duty weight discs instead of stakes. Just tell us the surface type when you book.
What size tent do I need?
A 10x15 is great for about 20 guests, a 20x20 covers about 40, a 20x40 about 80, and a 40x40 about 150 seated. Add space for buffets, bars, a stage or a dance floor. Send us your plan and we'll size it.
What is the difference between a high peak and a frame tent?
High peak tents have a tall, elegant center peak and are the classic look for weddings and celebrations. Frame tents are clear-span with no center poles, so they fit tighter sites, hard surfaces and jobsites where you need every square foot usable.
Are the tents clean and weather-resistant?
Absolutely. Every tent is cleaned, inspected and repaired between rentals. They are commercial-grade and built for Texas sun, wind and rain.
Can I rent tables, chairs and lighting with my tent?
Yes — most customers do. Tables, chairs, linens, string lighting and swamp coolers are delivered and set up in the same trip. Use Build My Event to combine everything into one estimate.
