How Turnkey Works

  1. 1

    Tell us about your event

Date, location, guest count and what you have in mind. Build it online or just call — we confirm availability within 1–2 hours during business hours.

  2. 2

We deliver and set it up

Our crew arrives, stakes or weights the tents, arranges the seating and powers up the entertainment. Everything is ready before your first guest.

  3. 3

You host. We handle the rest.

Enjoy the event. When it's over we come back, break it all down and haul it away. You don't lift a finger.

FAQ

Hosting questions

Don't see yours? Call (830) 327-0596 — a real person answers.

Do you offer nonprofit or church pricing?

Yes. Reach out with your 501(c) proof for special nonprofit pricing and event support. We also offer 10% off for active military and first responders with a valid ID.

What size tent do I need for a backyard party?

A 20x20 handles about 40 guests; a 20x40 about 80. If you're adding a buffet, bar or dance area, size up. Send us a photo of the space and we'll tell you what fits.

Can you set up at a park, clubhouse or HOA common area?

Yes. We work with HOA managers and parks every weekend — just check your HOA or city permit rules for tents and let us know the surface type.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Someone should be there to show us the spot and sign off, but setup takes care of itself after that. Pickup can usually happen without you.
