What types of events do you support?

Corporate and business events, construction and industrial events, tailgates and sports events, community and private events, weddings, fundraisers, festivals and large outdoor gatherings across New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Canyon Lake and Central Texas.

Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes. Delivery, professional setup and teardown are handled by our own crew for tents, tables, chairs, trailers and every accessory.

How far in advance should I reserve?

2–3 months for major holidays, graduations, spring and fall weekends and Texas State game days. For standard weekends 3–4 weeks is usually fine, and weekday corporate and jobsite events can often be booked within 1–2 weeks.

Can you help me figure out what I need?

That's the whole point. Send us the space, the date and the headcount and we'll come back with a recommended setup and a clear quote.
