A family-run outdoor event company built in New Braunfels, Texas by two guys who have spent 20+ years living, working and showing up for this corner of the Hill Country.
Our story
It started with a trailer and a Texas State Saturday.
Steve and Trey launched Turn-Key Tailgate in 2024 to fix game day in San Marcos — the hauling, the setting up, the sunburn, the missing bathroom. The trailer with two TVs, Starlink and an AC restroom was the answer, and word got around fast.
Then the calls changed. A contractor wanted a topping-out lunch. An HOA wanted a tent for the pool party. A company wanted its appreciation day in the parking lot. We kept saying yes, kept buying bigger tents, and realized what we really do isn't rentals — it's turning outdoor spaces into events.
Turnkey Tents & Events is that company. Turn-Key Tailgate is still here as our game-day division, same crew, same trailers. The rest of the week we're building events for the communities we grew up in.
Why it matters
New Braunfels isn't our service area. It's home.
Twenty-plus years here means we know the parks, the venues, the lots, the soil and the weather — and most of the people we set up for.
Our families, our kids' schools and our church are all in Comal County. We're not driving in from a warehouse two hours away.
School fundraisers, church events, youth sports, nonprofits — we support them with our gear and our time.
Which fields flood, which lots bake, where the wind comes from on the river. That's not in a manual.

Use Build My Event or contact us with the details. We confirm availability and send a clear quote — no surprise fees.

We deliver & set up
Tents staked or weighted, seating arranged to your layout, TVs and sound tested. Ready before your guests arrive.

You host. We tear down.
No hauling, no assembling, no cleanup. After the event we come back and take it all away.
