No. We deliver the trailer, set up the TVs, tents and tables, test everything and leave it running. Teardown is included after your event.

For Texas State home games and popular weekends, 2–3 months ahead — the trailers go fast. For weekday corporate and jobsite events, 1–2 weeks is usually fine.
No. Each trailer includes a quiet inverter generator that powers the TVs, sound and Starlink. If your location has shore power we can connect to that instead.
