Construction & industrial events
Turnkey Jobsite Events without pulling your team off the job.
Topping out ceremonies, crew appreciation lunches, safety meetings, groundbreakings and project celebrations — we bring the tents, seating, cooling, screens, Wi-Fi and restrooms to the site, set it up around your schedule and clear out when it's over.
- One vendor, one point of contact, one invoice
- Delivered to the jobsite and set up around site access & safety plans
- Frame tents, cooling, TVs, Starlink, generators & AC restrooms

You build the project
We handle the event.
Construction teams already have enough to coordinate. Organizing a topping-out lunch shouldn't mean the APM, superintendent or office staff juggling tent companies, seating deliveries, internet, TVs, cooling, setup and teardown.
Turnkey Tents & Events is one point of contact for the whole thing — delivery to the jobsite, professional setup, equipment coordination and complete teardown. Tell us where the site is, how many people are coming and what you're celebrating. We'll take it from there.

FAQ
Jobsite questions
Don't see yours? Call (830) 327-0596 — a real person answers.
What is a topping out ceremony?
A construction tradition celebrating the placement of the highest structural element of a building. It recognizes the crews and stakeholders on the project, and we provide the tents, tables, chairs, cooling, TVs and Wi-Fi to host it on site.
Can you set up at an active construction site?
Yes, depending on site access, safety requirements, available space and project conditions. We coordinate the setup around the available area to keep things safe and organized, and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you provide tents, tables and chairs for construction events?
Yes — frame and high peak tents, tables, chairs and supporting equipment sized to your crew lunch, ceremony or celebration.
Can you provide Wi-Fi at a construction site?
Starlink connectivity is available with our trailer packages and as an add-on, which is especially useful on active jobsites where internet access is limited.
Can TVs be used for presentations?
Yes. TVs are used for safety presentations, company videos, project renderings, slideshows, sponsor recognition and entertainment.
How far in advance should we book a construction event?
As early as possible for larger events or anything needing multiple tents, cooling, TVs or connectivity. Smaller crew lunches can often be arranged within 1–2 weeks.
Can you accommodate large crews?
Yes. With 40x40 and 20x80 tents and large seating inventories we regularly cover crews of 100–300. Send your estimated attendance when requesting a quote.

Planning a topping out or jobsite event?
Send the project location, estimated attendance and date. We'll build a simple turnkey setup for your crew, clients and owners.
