Turnkey Tents & Events provides rental services for tailgate trailers, tents, tables, chairs, and related event accessories. We handle the delivery, setup, and teardown of the equipment rented.

4. Rentals and Payments
All rentals are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due prior to or upon delivery of the rental equipment. Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
5. Liability and Damages
The renter is responsible for all equipment while in their possession. Any damage to or loss of equipment will be billed to the renter at the full replacement cost. Turnkey Tents & Events is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of our rental equipment.
6. Modifications to Service
Turnkey Tents & Events reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Turnkey Tents & Events shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
