Can you set up in our parking lot?
Yes. We anchor tents on asphalt and concrete with water barrels and weight discs, bring generators for power and can add an AC restroom trailer so nobody has to walk back inside.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes — just send the certificate holder details with your request and we'll include it with the quote.
How much notice do you need for a corporate event?
1–2 weeks is usually enough for weekday events. For large company picnics and spring/fall weekends, plan on 4–8 weeks.
Can you handle AV for presentations?
Our trailer packages include dual 55" TVs with Starlink connectivity and Bluetooth sound, which covers most town halls, trainings and sponsor loops.
Do you serve San Antonio and Austin?
Yes. We're based in New Braunfels and regularly serve corporate campuses along the I-35 corridor from San Antonio to Austin, plus San Marcos, Seguin and the Hill Country.
